Milda's key feature is their patented auto reverse door latch that swivels 90 degrees, limiting friction and the strain on wrists when opening and closing doors. "Stiffness of door latches and the risk of door jamming is inevitable with standard mortise locks over time, so we wanted to make a simple change that would make the world of a difference", states Lee.

With more people working from home post the height of covid-19, the search for better space utilization within the home has surged. Anylock has paralleled how we use doors too. Milda's curved paddle handle promotes a comfortable grip from any angle, while the innate motion of pushing and pulling makes it easy for everyone to enter and exit, even when your hands are full or are experiencing wrist injury.

Milda will be available in two lock types, coin, and key, adhering to privacy management within the home. Featuring an "anti-panic" function which will require no additional steps other than pushing or pulling the handle to release the lock latch, it'll make for a safe and quick escape in emergencies regardless of the lock status- without the help of experts.
