Apex Legends fan creates Fuse Heirloom perfect for the Salvo Gladiator - Charlie INTEL

An Apex Legends fan has created the perfect Heirloom for Fuse, giving brass knuckles a Fuse-themed overhaul.

Being one of the later characters to arrive in Apex Legends, Fuse hasn’t received an Heirloom yet. However, a fan has created the perfect Heirloom for the Aussie merc that includes a ton of lore references.

All of the original Apex Legends lineup have received their Heirlooms through Collection Events, and now Respawn Entertainment are working their way through all of the post-launch Legends.

Valkyrie received her Heirloom in Season 13’s Awakening Collection Event, and Loba’s has been leaked. Fuse is still to receive his, but a fan has come up with the perfect design for the Season 8 Legend.

Reddit user MaidenMonarch23 poured their “heart and soul” into creating the “Brass Bludgeoner” Heirloom concept for Fuse. This fan design takes a knuckleduster and gives it a Fuse-themed overhaul.

The Brass Bludgeoner Heirloom is colored the same as Fuse’s gold prosthetic arm, and takes his love for explosions into account. The letter on each knuckle spells out Fuse and “Boom!!” is emblazoned on the side, with bullets giving the brass knuckles some extra lethality.

There might also be a reference to Fuse’s old relationship with Mad Maggie, with spikes similar to her pouldron sticking out the side.

MaidenMonarch explained that they used “a TON of references and tried to mix various ideas together that fit with fuse.” They “wanted to center it around the lore Respawn released when he came out (fuse being a Salvo bone cage fighter) and his love of grenades, hence the grenade handle and pin.”

They’ve certainly done that, as the players were quick to shower the design with praise. “This is incredible!” said SaltfistTTV. “I’m so anxious to see Fuse’s heirloom, but I would love this.”

DoctorJordi_ said: “they should pay you for having done this, because if I was them, I’d make it the heirloom for fuse.”

Apex Legends Season 13 is well underway, but who has dominated the pick rates for Season 13 of Respawn’s battle royale so far?

Season 13 of Apex Legends has tons of characters to choose from to enjoy its several maps. But who has the top Season 13 pick rates in Respawn Entertainment’s battle royale shooter?

Apex Legends hit the ground running when it launched with eight different characters to choose from in its battle royale offering. The game suffered a notable lull when Call of Duty: Warzone launched, but with many popular streamers such as NICKMERCS and Dr Disrespect continuing to support the game, Apex has grown expeditiously.

There are now a whopping 21 different Legends to choose from, giving players a headache before each game. With Season 14 on the horizon, players are set to gain yet another Legend in Vantage, making the decision even harder.

Let’s see how the current roster’s pick rates are looking to give us an idea of the most popular Legends in Apex Legends Season 13 before the new Legend arrives to shake it up.

This is our complete list of every character pick in Apex Legends, and we’ve ranked them in order to let you know which are favored.

Here is every Apex Legends pick rate in Season 13 ranked, as of July 29, 2022, according to Apex Legends Status:

Again, with the influx of new Apex Legends players, Bloodhound is a great character to use for new players in Season 13.

Bloodhound nearly always stays in and around the 8-11% mark as a season goes on, and they currently stand at 8.4%. They are easily the top Recon class to use in Apex Legends, thanks to their tracking tools and incredible skills, plus, their Beast of the Hunt Ultimate is priceless.

Pathfinder has consistently been one of Apex Legends’ top five picks at 8.4%, and counting, for quite some time now.

As a Recon class, Pathfinder simply excels in movements and traversing the game’s various maps. His Grappling Hook and Zipline Gun are simply invaluable assets that will help any team in a pinch – either because of the circle or a third-party situation. He consistently manages to stay in the top 5 as a result.

Despite false nerf rumors, Valkyrie is the third most popular Legend for Season 13 with a 9.8% pick rate. The movement Queen’s Jetpack Passive allows players to escape any kind of situation, which is crucial to surviving.

As well as her Passive, her Skyward Dive Ultimate is also great for mobility. This ability is the best rotational tool in all of Apex Legends, as it allows her and the team to relocate from a bad position or situation, into a good one.

Lastly, Valkyrie’s Tactical is also extremely useful for being aggressive and getting enemies out of camping spots, so long as you have enough room above you to launch the Missile Swarm.

Another starting Legend, Wraith has been a consistent pick throughout Apex Legends’ lifetime, and she has taken the number two spot with a 10% pick rate in Season 13.

Wraith’s stand-out features are her ability to get out of trouble very quickly – teammates included. Her abilities allow her to sense danger, become temporarily invulnerable, and create portals to escape predicaments. It’s easy to see why Wraith continues to be an absolute fan favorite in Apex Legends Season 13.

With an 11.1% pick rate, the speed demon takes the number one spot again, continuing his reign as one of the most popular Legends in Season 13, fluctuating between the top two places.

Aside from his amusing quips, he is the perfect balance of offense and defense. Despite being regarded as an offensive Legend, Octane can greatly increase his sprint speed which is useful for both attack and running away.

But most Octane users thrive on his Launch Pad Ultimate which can send him, and friendly players, high up into the air.

That covers all the picks in Apex Legends Season 13. As always, buffs and nerfs will come and go throughout the season, altering the game’s meta, and subsequently, Legend pick rates.

We’ll be sure to keep this updated regularly so you can stay on top of the in picks and don’t forget to check out our guide on the best Legends to choose in Season 13.

YouTube streamer and 2x Champion Dr Disrespect has shared his opinion on what he believes is wrong with Apex Legends.

Popular streamer Guy ‘Dr Disrespect’ Beahm has revealed the main problems he has with Apex Legends.

While the 2x Champion, Dr Disrespect, isn’t working on his upcoming FPS game “Project Moon,” he can be found streaming a variety of games including Apex Legends.

Dr Disrespect is pretty vocal about his opinions on competitive FPS games, recently sharing his thoughts on how to fix Warzone’s Caldera. Now, the streamer has spoken out about everything he believes is “wrong” with Apex Legends ahead of Season 14.

In a video posted to his YouTube channel on July 28, 2022, Dr Disrespect comically revealed all the gameplay aspects he does not enjoy when playing Apex Legends. The video is edited in a very ironic manner, showing a compilation of all the things the Doc does not enjoy about Apex.

One of the issues Dr Disrespect has with Apex is that he feels as if he is “just shooting f****** shields…for nothing!” The video then shows a compilation of the streamer cracking shields numerous times without getting a kill just to get the point across.

Dr Disrespect says “we’ll literally break their shield all the way to the very slither, and it’s just not enough!”

The video then shows a compilation of the streamer healing, along with a quote from the Doc saying “Holy s*** I’ve been healing for 35 minutes straight.” While the video is obviously meant to be comical, it does effectively portray the issues Dr Disrespect has with Apex Legends.

Clearly, Dr Disrespect isn’t too fond of the current FPS games available at the moment, but perhaps Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 will bring the streamer some joy.

Apex Legends players are sharing useful information regarding hidden Legend abilities, stunning the community.

Apex Legends players have been sharing secret Legend abilities, leaving some in the community absolutely mind-blown.

Apex Legends has a massive roster of Legends to choose from, all with unique abilities and personalities. Aside from Apex Legends Mobile, the main game will have 22 characters to choose from in Season 14, with Vantage being the latest to be announced.

Picking your favorite Legend and mastering them will see great results in your performance. While the character descriptions give players an understanding of how the Legend’s abilities work, there are small tricks of the trade that players must find out for themselves.

For example, players found that Recon Legend Seer has a hidden ability that makes his Passive even more effective, and now the community is searching for more.

In the Apex Legends subreddit, players in the community have been sharing more secret Legend abilities that players may not know about, like Gibraltar being able to revive teammates faster in his dome shield.

While this ability may not come as a surprise for more experienced players, it’s not mentioned in the character description, which led players in the comments of the Reddit post to share more hidden Legend abilities.

Reddit user Earthtrone shared a very interesting secret ability for Crypto, explaining that the Legend “can reload guns with his drone.” Essentially, when operating his drone, Crypto’s weapons automatically reload, similarly to how a gold extended magazine works.

Further, another comment revealed that Valkyrie can “identify the game’s Kill Leader, Champion, and in Control, Ratings Leader via little letters that appear while she’s sky diving.”

There seem to be many small hidden abilities for Legends that are not mentioned in the ability descriptions, adding even more depth to an already complex game.
